Nareman Hamdan created RefinedBy from a deeply personal understanding of survival, healing, and transformation.
Having experienced pain, adversity, and emotional struggles from a young age, she understands what it feels like to carry invisible wounds while trying to rebuild your life. Over time, she realized that healing was not just about surviving the past, but about transforming it into purpose.
