If I choose to submit my story anonymously, I understand that RefinedBy will make reasonable efforts to protect my identity. However, I acknowledge that complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed, and others may recognize details contained within my story.

I understand that submitting my story does not guarantee publication. RefinedBy reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, decline, publish, or remove any Submission that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, threatening, or inconsistent with RefinedBy's mission and community standards.

If I choose to authorize publication, I grant RefinedBy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and promote my Submission in accordance with the permission I have provided through this submission process.
