Your story does not need to be perfect or fully resolved. However, RefinedBy is centered on resilience, personal growth, healing, and the life you are building beyond your past.

You are never required to share details that feel too personal or overwhelming. Take your time, honor your boundaries, and share only what you feel comfortable expressing.
